About E&A Events
In 2008, two best friends from the Netherlands recognized a need in their local community: something fun to do on the weekends. Therefore, Essam Jansen and Alex Hes founded E&A Events, a Dutch-based event production powerhouse. E&A had their international breakthrough in 2012 when they hosted the first edition of “Don’t Let Daddy Know” (DLDK) in the world’s biggest nightclub, Privilege Ibiza. The goal for this event was to bring a unique, cross-over sound by having live acts come onstage during a DJ’s performance. And it was successful. DLDK is now an organization that hosts events in seven different countries, including Turkey, the United Kingdom (Creamfields), Spain, and Belgium.
In addition to the DLDK concept, E&A hosts one of the biggest festivals in the Netherlands during the annual Kingsday. Appropriately called Kingsland, it has welcomes over 30,000 attendees and is home to the world’s biggest artists like Martin Garrix, Hardwell, Armin van Buuren, and Showtek. E&A’s long-term goal is to sell out venues similar in size to that of the Ziggo Dome in at least 30 different countries. All in all, it’s clear that Essam and Alex are on a meteoric rise in the event production sector of the music industry. Be sure to keep an eye out for all upcoming events!
